Olea Estate Naturae Extra virgin Olive oil is made from four Mediterranean varieties of olive. Frantoio an Italian olive known for its fruity aroma, and a hint of green apple and grassy scent. Leccino from Tuscany is slightly bitter with a hint of fruitiness. Pendalino has a very distinctive flavor intense green colours hint of almonds with a spicy after taste. And Piqual this olive adds a bit of ‘bite’.
Together these four varieties produce a more subtly balanced oil with a hint of green fruit (apple and gooseberry), described elegant with a peppery finish right at the endl.
